VEGAN LIFESTYLE AND BEYOND
(Conference at “The Hongkong Vegan Association”, 17 July 2011)
THE MEANING OF BEING VEGAN
I wish you a very good afternoon to all of you, ladies and gentlemen.
I feel particularly happy to be here.
Being vegan means being special people, or at least trying to become like that.
Being vegan means understanding easily each other, talking the same language, sharing the same feelings of love for ourselves and for the nature around us, in spite of our ethnic and cultural diversities.
Being vegan means thinking, doing things, eating, behaving in particular and distinguished ways, not for snobbery or for fashion, but because we humans are truly special creatures equipped with outstanding biochemical and spiritual engines, we are obliged to use special fuel for our propellers.
We are in obvious need of fresh air, solar light, pure water, fruit, vegetables, seeds, sprouts and roots, in replacement of the junk food and the cruel food, which includes all animal proteins, tinned and canned food, salted and sweetened staff, cooked, pasteurized and devitalized foods and drinks.
We need spirituality and motivation, we need love and universal fraternity, we miss religious respect for our human and not human neighbour, we search for ideas up to the situation, and not for poor and second-rate thoughts.
We need courageous and innovative ideas, not commonplaces, not meaningless thoughts, aligned to what the majority thinks and does.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT DISCRIMINATING LABELS
I have been vegetarian for 60 years, since I was a little boy, and I became vegan “tendentially-rawist” in the last 30 years.
But, honestly speaking, I have never liked to be called vegetarian or vegan or crudist.
All these are nothing else than reductive labels, intended to discriminate whoever goes out from the herd.
I consider myself a simple person who has decided to behave according to the laws of nature, same as any man equipped with wisdom and common good-sense should do.
A PROBLEMATIC COHABITATION
I am then a normal man, compelled anyhow to live within an abnormal and sub-normal society, where the majority eats any kind of food offered by the market, any kind of stuff exposed here and there, no matter if dripping blood, sufferance and death.
A society made of humans who do not choose, do not select, do not think, but simply put things inside with greed and indifference, obeying to schemes, to bad examples, to television spots and to the influences of dietary misinformation.
ETHIC AND AESTHETIC INSENSIBILITY
Humans that put into their mouths and stomachs any dirty thing capable to satiate their deviated and perverted tastes and habits.
Humans that find normal and granted transforming their own intestines in a grave for corpses brutally murdered in horrible places called slaughterhouses.
People ready to chew any material, from a smelly crab to a roasted scorpion, from a viper head to a duck liver, from a pig leg to a bull testicle.
And they do it with the same smoothness and easiness of who has in mouth a chewing-gum or an innocent and juicy Granny Smith apple.
More than malice, it’s all a matter of cultural backwardness, of educational lack, of systematic insensibility to ethic and aesthetic issues.
AN IMPORTANT TORCHLIGHT MOVING UPSTREAM
We vegan are not at all minority or secondary people in terms of value.
Better we make up our mind and realize that we are real people, gifted with qualities, with ecological views, with basic and rare sensations as the compassion for persecuted creatures, as the right worries for a nature placed under heavy stress by the human irresponsibility.
We are the ones carrying the truth testimony and the Olympic flame up stream.
That’s not a good reason to become presumptuous and arrogant. But we must avoid also to avoid the opposite mistake.
Let’s keep high our self-esteem, and take note of our high educational role.
The people to be blamed and discriminated is not in our ranks, but rather in the opposite field.
The wrong people is within the oldies, plastered in their own obsolete habits, and within the youngsters, easy followers of McDonald’s, Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
SOLID LINKS WITH HONGKONG AND CHINA
I am Italian, but I have strong links with Hongkong and the Chinese Region.
I met my wife Kathleen in this part of the world. I have got two kids happily grown up without milk, without meat, without vaccines, without drugs and without integrators.
I have got close relatives and friends in this wonderful oriental metropolis, as Vincent Lai who is honouring me with his presence today.
He is busy in promoting our common message. He has understood that business and finance are important, but have little or zero value if health and happiness are missing.
He has realized that every push in favour of veganism means helping himself, his family, his important clients, his great Chinese Country and the planet in general.
NATURE IS THE UNIVERSAL HEALER OF ALL DISEASE
What is then my message to the community, vegan and not-vegan, of Hongkong?
It is contained in my Italian blog www.valdovaccaro.blogspot.com, and also in my English-Chinese Hongkong blog www.drvaldovaccaro.com.hk, and in my books “Alimentazione Naturale” (available in Hongkong, in English and Mandarin versions, ask info at: firstname.lastname@example.org) and “Storia dell’Igienismo Naturale” (under translation).
In all my books and articles the emphasis is placed on one basic truth as “Nature is the universal healer of all disease”, in respect of Pythagoras, of Hippocrates, of the Scuola Medica Salernitana and of Leonardo Da Vinci. In addition to that, I place some other fundamental points.
WE ARE VEGAN FOR BIOLOGIC DESIGN
Item 1. We have got to be vegan because we are designed in a vegan-fruitarian direction and not in an animal-protein sense. All sciences are confirming that.
There are, furthermore, hundred signs confirming without any doubt that human body is made and meant to use an exclusive fuel called fruit and vegetables. One single proof is already enough.
As soon as we overcome 25-30 grams of proteins per day, a quota easily reachable with any vegan-raw diet, we finish in a red-danger zone, in the area where we start acidifying our alkaline blood, which stays at a rigorous ph quota of 7.30-7.50, and in total absence of uricase enzymes.
All meat and corpse eaters have got an acid blood and plenty of uricase enzyme to break up the huge 28 grams per Kg of uric acid contained in meat and fish.
They have also a short, smooth and squat intestine for a rapid digestion of their heavy proteins, and not, as in humans, a long, spongy, and articulated intestine, with a spectacular assimilative apparatus made of 4-5 million intestinal villis, equivalent to an incredible couple of tennis courts.
WE HAVE GOT TO BE A “RED AURA SOLAR FORCE”, AND NOT A BLACK HOLE STEALING ENERGY ALL AROUND
Item 2. We have got to be crudist, because the real force of nature in mainly contained in the ripe fruit and in the vegetables in their natural state, in the almonds and nuts, as confirmed by the vibrational waves of the Simoneton scale. Fruit represents the top in terms of natural energy to enliven our spirit and our body, as they emit the max Angstrom values (9-10.000) accompanied by infra-red radiations, the ones which make also our own aura red, solar, and dispenser of force and vitality.
Meat, animal proteins, integrators, synthetic vitamins, pasteurized and devitalized food, industrial sugars and salts, teas and coffees, they are all included in the range of substances moving within the 1700 Angstrom of the cancer diseased people and the 3000 Angstrom of all stealing and sickening foods.
They are specialized in emitting grey, black and X-ray radiations, the ones which render human aura negative and absorbing, robbing all energies around similarly to a black hole star.
It is compulsory for every human being to maintain his state of equilibrium and of ideal physical shape, avoiding any drop from the normal and healthy level of 6500 Angstrom.
A GOOD COMPROMISE WITH NATURAL STARCHES, COOKED IN INTELLIGENT WAYS
Item 3. We have got to be tendentially crudist, accepting some compromises with natural starch lightly and cleverly cooked (potatoes, yams, chestnuts, whole cereals, whole breads, whole pastas), in order to easily reach our caloric daily balance, as our modern rhythms and systems of life are impeding to all of us to take the proper foods in the right frequency.
The natural starch, cooked minimally and with intelligence, not only remains unaltered, but sometimes increases its value in terms of nutritional power (as with the unpeeled potatoes, or with the whole cereals kept in the water for hours before being cooked “al dente”).
Having those foods preceded by an abundant plate of green salad, we give an adequate enzymatic load to our bolus and we make our digestive-absorbing phase fast, simple and free from leucocytosis.
FRUIT AS STRATEGIC WEAPON
Item 4. We have got to place fresh fruit at the top of our nutritional choices.
Fruit is the most powerful weapon against dead food, against junk food, against colas, sugars, salts, tobaccos, teas and coffees. Fruit is the winning instrument against the arrogant and rotten coalition which tries to make us all weak, sick and regular clients of Big Pharma.
THE IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATION
Item 5. We have got to be motivated in order to be healthy, but also free and happy.
Motivated morally and spiritually, avoiding any offense and any cruelty against other living creatures.
Motivated politically, fighting against the manipulators and the conspirators, against the heavy aggression of the multinationals of milk, of meat, of colas, of vaccines, of drugs, of integrators, of concentrated-pasteurized-enriched-reinforced foods, of pesticides and OGMs.
We need a psychological and mental motivation, adopting a meaning-orientated philosophy of life, as the one proposed by the great Austrian neurologist Viktor Frankl (1905-1997).
While he was trying to arrange a prescription against the human tendency to suicide, he offered us something much more important, such as an authentic happiness formula.
THE FRANKLIAN FORMULA
D (despair) = S (suffering) – M (meaning, motivation).
No matter how heavy can be the D and the S (max value 100), if we learn how to maximize the value of M (max value 100 too), we could reach to the formula D = 100 – 100, and our despair would be equal to zero.
There are cases of athletes who lose a leg or an arm in a car accident and that, instead of getting disheartened and look for a suicide, they are able to find new stimulus and new motivations.
They get transformed up to the point that they become more active and happy than before.
The M means meaning, but also miracle.
WE REPRESENT A FOLLOWED AND LISTENED VOICE
In Italy there is already a good number of clubs and initiatives which follow our lifestyle and the 5 above mentioned points. In August we will have a summer meeting at Monopoli-Bari (South of Italy).
If any of you could find the time to pay us a visit, he would definitely be our honoured guest.
It is not the case to exaggerate in personalizing our initiatives. None of us owns the charisma of Madame Ching Hai. We are however able to make our voice listened in Italy and abroad.
THE SPIRITUAL ASPECT CANNOT BE NEGLETTED
“Thinking that we are touched and moved only by the material and visible aspects of things is outstanding stupidity”, wrote Giordano Bruno, unforgettable philosopher from Naples-Italy.
For these deep thoughts, and other similar ones, the roman popes dragged him in front of their tribunals.
In December 1599 the judges of the Inquisizione asked Bruno to confess his wrongdoings and to repent of his ideological crimes. His answer was immediate: “So sorry, but honestly I have got nothing in my life to be sorry or to be repented”. That was enough to get a capital sentence. In February 1600, at Campo de’ Fiori in Rome, Giordano Bruno, tongue blocked and tied outside, was burned alive in front of a crowd which insulted him and thrown even stones towards his mangled body.
TODAY THE WORLD IS CHANGED
Five hundred years ago the Vatican, with its dogmas about the Holy Trinity “Pater-Son-HolySpirit”, was terribly powerful and deadly arrogant.
What about today? Luckily things have been changing.
But the power still remains within the hands of a close minority.
The world proceeds always according to certain geometrical schemes.
And they are not unfortunately the good triangles of Pythagoras.
THE NEW MASTERS AND THE NEW PLOTS
In 2011 there is no more the Holy Trinity, ousted by new billionaire religions.
In 2011 the world moves according to the rules of pentagons and of new triangles designed by CIA and Scotland Yard, following the patterns of the Trilateral Commission and of the Triangle of Power between the City of London (gold market), the District of Columbia (military power) and the Vatican (spiritual business and New Age).
In 2011 the planet is moving under the heavy mantle of hidden controllers and manipulators, of skull and bones, Yale marked, presidents, of Codex Alimentarius, of freemasonry and Zionist groups, of multinationals, of Bilderberg clan and of the New World Order.
Thirteen elected, enlightened and well-known Families ready to dictate their laws and to impose their plans of economic implosion, of human reduction, of strategic control in religion, agriculture, nutrition, disease, climate, energy, politics and currencies.
Nothing secret and nothing new in what we are saying. Everything can be freely read on internet.
LET’S TAKE NOTE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING AND GET READY TO OPPOSE ANY NEW FORM OF TOTALITARIANISM
We have got to be united and ready to fight in defence of our health.
We have got to do it without fear and without anguish. We are seven billion against one million only.
And, don’t forget, the spirituality of Giordano Bruno, and the motivation of Viktor Frankl, are all by our side.
It’s not an Italian, or an American, or a European problem. We are talking about a deep and universal crisis which touches New York, London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Singapore, Hongkong, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai.
Lot of work has to be done to protect the freedom and the wellbeing of our sons and our nephews.
The first step is the vegan choice. The second one is to take conscience of the facts and to be updated about what’s going on around us and above us. The third one is to use, each of us according to his possibilities, all the instruments of information, of civil contrast, of non-violent disobedience and of passive resistance against the new tyranny and the new totalitarianism which are threatening and darkening our planet.
